Professional experience, construction management and construction supervision

My professional career in project management and organisation began in 2013 in industry, initially as the head of small teams on challenging large-scale projects, including at the PCK refinery. A particular focus is my many years of expertise in the field of industrial electrical and MSR installations (measurement and control technology).

In the course of my work, I have been involved in numerous industrial, commercial and residential construction projects, where I have taken on responsibility for construction management and supervision. My tasks include coordinating specialist companies, monitoring the professional execution of work in accordance with plans, standards and regulations, schedule and quality control, and coordinating the interfaces between clients, planners and contractors.

Thanks to my strong organisational skills, I was able to successfully manage up to ten projects in parallel during certain project phases without compromising quality or adherence to deadlines.

In addition, I have very good language skills in Slovenian, Serbian and Croatian, as well as Bosnian as my mother tongue, which is a clear added value, especially on international construction sites and in multicultural project teams.
